Resolved: For something that I did not buy and I am very pissed
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Y'all sent me a email about a knife it was free I just had to pay shipping and handling which was $14 and something and then he turned around and charged me $69.99 for something I do not know nothing about so someone needs to call me 580-236 ** ** Sandra George 74736 if you don't get this resolved well let's just say you won't be getting orders like he was cuz this is bull ***

Looking for information on my Coke Cola cooler, charged my debut card on 10/20/24, $14.97
Well, your process of keeping your customer informed Bucks. Your email notifications don't include any specific details on what was ordered, no order ID, no estimate shipping date, no shippers tracking information. WTH!
Well to date, I haven't received any response to my order/request for a order number, any shipping details, something for me to be assure, thus isn't a rip-off.
User's recommendation: Monitor any & all no response, investigate into getting more information much more quickly.

I got charged for a membership that I didn't want
On July 24, I ordered Ranger Navigation Secrets and paid for the upgrade; I'm fine with that because it's what I wanted. However, they also charged me for a subscription that I didn't want.
Even though I declined the offer, they went ahead and gave me a subscription that I don't want. I would like it removed from my order. I only want the order and not the subscription, and I would like it removed. This situation has angered me, especially since I am a Hotlist member.
This is the first time such an issue has occurred, and I would like it resolved immediately. My name is Glen R.

Bumped screen on cell phone. Then hit cancel but was charged 4 6 pen knives I don't want!

Unexplained charge on credit card
My bank statement has a charge of $16.22 I never charged anything with your company please send me a return of money to my account thank you if I have to I'll take it to the bank and let them take care of it I don't want too but I will.
